Why timing is the whole game

Ask at the right hour and people say yes. Ask a week later and they have moved on.

People judge an experience by how it ended, so the window right after a job is when a review is easiest to get. ReviewNudge holds each request until that window for the trade, then sends it, so you never have to remember.

TradeRequest goes out
Home servicesImmediately
Restaurants1 to 2 hours
Dental and medical2 to 4 hours
Auto repair1 to 3 hours
Salons and spas2 hours
Real estateDay of closing

Every delay is a starting default you can change, and no message is ever sent before 9am or after 8pm in the customer's own time zone.

What you get

Everything the ask needs, and nothing it doesn't.

Timing set by trade

Every industry gets its own default delay, pre-filled at setup and editable per business.

A protected send window

Nothing goes out before 9am or after 8pm in the customer's own time zone, whatever the delay works out to.

One-tap Google links

The message contains a single button that opens your Google review box directly. No app, no login, no searching.

Click tracking

Every request shows as scheduled, sent, or clicked, so you can see what is actually landing.

Bulk import

Add customers one at a time, or drop in a CSV at the end of the week and let the schedule handle the rest.

Editable templates

Industry-written defaults you can rewrite, with a live preview of exactly what the customer receives.

How it works

Three steps, and only one of them is yours.

You log the job. Everything after that runs without you, including the part most owners forget.

  1. 1

    Log the job

Add the customer when the work is done. One line, or a CSV at the end of the week.

  2. 2

We wait for the right moment

Every trade has its own window. Plumbing goes out immediately; dental waits three hours. Never before 9am or after 8pm.

  3. 3

    They tap once

One button, straight to your Google review box. No app, no login, no hunting for your listing.

Flat, boring pricing

No implementation fee, no annual commitment, no price ladder that climbs with your customer count. The same job the big platforms bundle into a contract:

  • Podium$500–800/mo
  • Birdeye$5–15k setup
  • NiceJob$75–290/mo
  • ReviewNudgefrom $19/mo, cancel anytime

Competitor figures are publicly reported ranges, not quotes. Podium and Birdeye price by sales call and do not publish rates, so what you are offered may differ.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Is asking for reviews allowed by Google?
Asking every customer for an honest review is fine. What Google prohibits is offering incentives, or only asking the customers you expect to be happy. ReviewNudge sends the same request to everyone you add, which is the side of that line you want to be on.
Do I need a website?
No. You need a Google Business Profile, which is the listing that already shows up when someone searches your business name.
What if I don't know my Place ID?
Setup links you straight to Google's free Place ID Finder, and you can paste either the ID or any Google URL that contains one. You can also skip it and add it later.
What stops this becoming spam?
One request per customer, an unsubscribe link in every email that takes effect immediately, and a monthly send limit on every plan. Customers who opt out are never contacted again.
Can I text customers instead?
The SMS channel is built but switched off. Turning it on needs your own carrier-registered number and a written consent flow, because review-request texts count as marketing under the TCPA.
